seem like no one even bother to praise like what they used to blast at them like hell before.. that’s the reality..

But I do admire the maybank2u team to fully implement the new engine successfully  now…

Its again proved not how bad is the failure but how do you react over a failure.. that matters.

now its sound  kinda an excerp from “Dare to Fail” book.. hahahaa

p/s : anyway.. the new kernel 2.6.28 .. how do i test this ?

    Never had such experience. So far so good with maxis. Maybe I’m among 80% of customers who are lucky (80/20 principle.. haha)

      @epool86 : just move on.. sometime cursing also wouldn’t improved anything.. yet causing bad day only to ourselves ..

      @azwan : yep.. could be because my hi-usage at that moment .. i think later will slow down a bit after some time.. (i.e getting married .. no need to call gf or anyone..)

    Maxis staff are just arrogant. Customer service thinks they can give u RM10 to make up for any screw up they do….not even apologizing with any empthay…just we give u RM10…..if u don’t agree…okay RM30…….really unprofessional….no understanding how to talk to people….my account of over 10 years…is getting moved……later Aligator-Maxis
